Servant leader with experience building and scaling high-performing Design, Research, and Product Management teams and shaping award-winning cultures. Over the last two decades, I have helped E-commerce and SaaS businesses connect with and keep a better pulse on their customers and internal users, resulting in more sustainable, user-centered business strategies, clearer objectives and measures of success, more effective prioritization, higher employee motivation and engagement, and, most importantly, happy customers and business stakeholders.
In the last decade, I have honed my skills in strategic planning, team leadership, and problem-solving. My experience working in cross-functional teams has allowed me to develop excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling me to work with stakeholders at all levels. I have a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes through collaboration and by being a systems thinker who can help connect dots, a clear communicator and patient teacher, and a passionate advocate and evangelist for users and user-centered design principles.
I am known among my colleagues and sought out for being a good listener and advisor. My candor, inquisitive nature, and keen attention to detail have helped to shape stronger, clearer, and simpler designs, proposals, presentations, and strategies.

When I’m not UXing, I’m a husband, a father, and a son, a big music nerd and playlist maker, a lover of soulful cooking and great wine to pair, a mindful meditator and colorer, a supporter of STEM education and mental health advocacy, and a voracious learner.
